The technical report is designed to be read as a stand-alone document and includes detail of the data, modelling, extension of method to countrywide use, uncertainty estimation and recommendations for the way the method is to be used in practice. It should be noted that the commissioned research into a new hydrologically-effective methodology exists as research level code only and not as user friendly software.
